WiVib X supports manual data collection using a ruggedised Android tablet. This mode is ideal for plants that don’t have fixed network infrastructure or need flexibility in how and when data is gathered.
A route is pre-loaded into the data collector from the WiVibXTrend application.
As the operator walks around the plant, the tablet automatically detects any nearby WiVib sensors and collects measurement data wirelessly via Bluetooth BLE.
No WiFi or Ethernet setup needed.
The WiVib X Data Collector App runs on a rugged Android tablet and supports route-based measurement collection. It allows operators to scan for nearby sensors, collect overall or spectral data, and view alarm limits at each location. Once complete, routes are uploaded to the WiVibXTtrend application for further analysis.

It supports triaxial vibration, bearing condition, and temperature monitoring, all in one unified interface.
